What if my flight is early or delayed?

We know very well that any delay related to the flight cannot be the fault of the customer and that is why the first hour of waiting for flight delay is included. Also, if your flight is delayed, please send a timely message on whatsapp at +39 351 7933916

What's included in the price?

Our prices include all taxes, fees, gratuity, and toll road charges.  Also included is a stop of maximum 15/20  minutes during the trip (except for special situations) and any child seats. If you want to add particular stops along the route you must tell us during booking.

How do I pay?

Payment is made at the end of each service. We accept both cash and card. Each of our drivers is equipped with Pos but to be sure is better ask us when booking.

Do I have to change the date or time of travel, is it possible?

We will never leave our customer on foot without a transfer and we will always do our best to ensure that no extra is charged. Unfortunately there may be some periods in high season where it is really difficult to change a trip, the sooner we are notified the better.

What is the difference between you and a taxi?

We are a N.C.C. or Rental With Driver. You already know our transfer price before, unlike a taxi that could cost 20% or 30% more. In addition, our service includes waiting times (1 hour for delayed aircraft) and traffic, so that you do not worry about anything.
